Casa delle bambole↗
Web site | Digital Archive
February, 2026
Casa delle Bambole tells the story of a transsexual and transvestite community in late-1960s Brescia, centered around a decaying building that became a space of coexistence and self-determination.
I curated the art direction and layout of the website, a visual archive based on the photographic work of Armando Borno, documenting daily life and self-portraits from the 1970s and early 1980s.

Apple Music animation
for Frah Quintale
Video Animation
August, 2025
I created an animation for the cover of Frah Quintale’s latest album, available on Apple Music.
The project was developed in TouchDesigner, where a trail of prompt-driven lines distorts the image, creating a dynamic and fluid visual reinterpretation of the original cover.

Editorial Design
I handled the social media content through the graphic design of vector-based and photographic posts.
In addition to social media, I worked on updating the design of the lab’s menus, creating new graphics for the dinner and aperitif menus.

Advertising Campaign
Editorial Design
I developed and executed the store’s advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms, producing billboards, posters, window graphics, and online promotional content.
I also curated the social media visuals and designed the promotional flyer released with each campaign.

Video animation | Mapping
Through video and mapping, I explore real-time visual design practices, working with generative flows, distortions, and interactions between image and movement.
Rea Grotesk
Thesis Project
March, 2024
My thesis project is based on the study of Venus Grotesk (1907, Bauer Type Foundry). Fascinated by its monolinear structure and distinctive shapes, I carried out an in-depth historical and visual analysis to understand its evolution and context.
This process led to the creation of Rea Grotesk, a typeface that combines historical aesthetics with modern tools, presented through a detailed specimen.
Bodly maps of emotions
Poster Design
May, 2022
I designed a series of posters based on a study in which researchers conducted an experiment with 701 participants.
Each participant was presented with two body silhouettes alongside various emotional stimuli, including words, stories, movie scenes, and facial expressions.
I’m Adela Andreea, a graphic designer based in Brescia.
I graduated in Graphic Design at Santa Giulia Academy of Fine Arts, with a typographic thesis titled “Rea Grotesk: the appeal of Grotesque design in typography.”
My work focuses on graphic design, layout, and visual exploration, with a particular interest in imagery, typography, and contemporary visual systems.
These projects represent a selection of works developed during my first year of professional activity and university projects.
